Karate Grading Examination: Four Students Advance to the Next Rank
Today, we held a karate grading examination at our dojo.
This time, three students passed the 6th kyu examination, and one student passed the 4th kyu examination. Congratulations to everyone on this achievement!
For the students taking the 6th kyu examination, it was their first grading test. Despite the nervousness of being in an environment different from their usual training sessions, they approached each movement with focus and determination.
A grading examination is an opportunity to demonstrate the techniques and movements developed through daily practice. However, performing as well as one does in regular training is not always easy in an unfamiliar and more intense atmosphere.
Facing their own nerves and giving their best until the very end is also an important part of personal growth through karate.
Progress in karate is not determined by a single training session or examination. It is built gradually through the repeated practice of basic techniques and kata, continually challenging oneself and measuring progress against who one was yesterday or in previous years.
We hope this promotion will serve as a new step toward future goals. Each student will continue working on their individual challenges and striving to improve through daily practice.
Once again, congratulations to all four students on their promotion!
